Terms & Conditions
1. Bookings & Payments
1.1. All bookings are handled securely through PayPal. You may pay using a PayPal account or with a debit/credit card (no PayPal account required).
1.2. A booking is confirmed only once payment has been received and you have received a confirmation email from us.
1.3. Payment plans are available via PayPal or upon request. If you would like to set up a personalised payment schedule, please contact us before booking.
1.4. By completing a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Deposits
2.1. All bookings include a non-refundable deposit:
£200 for shared rooms
£300 for single rooms
2.2. Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, unless a substitute guest is found to take your place (see clause 5).
2.3. The deposit amount is included in the full retreat price and is not an additional fee.
3. Balance Payments
3.1. If paying in full, the total amount is due at the time of booking.
3.2. If paying via instalments, the final balance must be settled no later than 8 weeks before the retreat start date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.3. Failure to pay the balance by the deadline may result in the cancellation of your place, and the deposit will not be refunded.
4. Cancellations & Refunds (Guest-Initiated)
4.1. All cancellation requests must be made in writing.
4.2. If you cancel more than 8 weeks before the retreat start date:
You will receive a refund of all payments made minus the non-refundable deposit.
4.3. If you cancel within 8 weeks of the retreat start date:
No refunds will be issued unless a replacement guest is found.
4.4. In all cases, the deposit is non-refundable unless you (or we) find a substitute guest to take your place.
4.5. If a replacement guest is found, your refund will include the deposit minus a £15 admin fee.
5. Transfer of Place
5.1. You may transfer your booking to another person, provided you notify us in writing and the new guest agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
5.2. If we assist in finding a replacement for your space, an admin fee of £25 may apply.
6. Retreat Cancellation (Host-Initiated)
6.1. In the unlikely event that we must cancel or postpone the retreat (e.g., due to venue issues, illness, or circumstances beyond our control), you will be offered:
a full refund of all payments made or
the option to transfer your booking to a future retreat
6.2. We are not responsible for reimbursement of travel costs, accommodation before/after the retreat, or any other personal expenses.
7. Travel, Insurance & Personal Responsibility
7.1. Travel to and from the retreat location is the responsibility of the participant.
7.2. We strongly recommend participants obtain travel insurance that covers retreat fees, transport, illness, injury, and personal belongings.
7.3. You attend the retreat and participate in all activities at your own risk.
7.4. You confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to take part in yoga, walks, workshops, and any other activities offered.
8. Health & Medical Disclaimer
8.1. The retreat is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.
8.2. You agree to inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or access needs at the time of booking.
8.3. We reserve the right to decline participation if we believe a guest may be at risk of harm to themselves or others.
9. Photography & Content
9.1. Photos and videos may be taken during the retreat for promotional use.
9.2. You will always have the option to opt-out of being photographed—just let us know on arrival.
9.3. Any personal photos or content shared in private circles will not be used without consent.
10. Behaviour & Community Agreements
10.1. This retreat is a respectful, alcohol-free, women-centred space. We reserve the right to ask any guest to leave if behaviour is unsafe, discriminatory, or disruptive to the group.
10.2. No refunds will be issued in the event of removal.
11. Privacy & Data
11.1. We will only use your personal information to manage your booking and send retreat-related updates.
11.2. Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By booking your place, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
