Rewild, Reconnect, Remember
July 30 to August 2, 2027
As summer reaches its fullest, with warm evenings, ripening hedgerows and the first falling stars overhead, join us for a three-night women’s retreat to reconnect with yourself, the land and your community through foraging walks and medicine-making, shamanic circles, restorative yoga, embodied movement, delicious shared meals and gentle creativity.

From slow, grounding breakfasts to vibrant shared lunches and cosy evening dinners, you’ll be served eight nourishing meals, each cooked with love and led by the season.
All meals are prepared by Tee, our wild food chef, who brings together locally sourced ingredients and foraged plants to create dishes that feel as good as they taste - food rooted in the land that holds us.
We eat together, communally and unhurriedly, so every meal becomes part of the retreat itself: connection, conversation and nourishment beyond the plate.
On our final night, we gather for a Harvest Feast - a celebratory meal filled with colour and abundance, seasonal herbs, flowers and the flavours of late summer.
A moment to celebrate the land, each other and the simple magic of sharing good food around a table.
-
For three nights, our country house becomes home.
There will be a choice of private and shared bedrooms, with both ensuite and shared-bathroom options.
You can book a room entirely for yourself, share with someone you’re coming with, or book a twin place individually, and we’ll match you with another guest.
And although we have plenty planned, the weekend isn’t designed to keep you busy from morning until night.
There will always be time to head back to your room, wander outside, read, sleep or simply have some space to yourself.
-
A gentle wander through the land, guided by Tee & Andrea to meet the edible and medicinal plants of late summer.
We’ll explore how to identify, harvest, and work with wild plants safely and respectfully, while also learning their folklore, stories, and traditional uses.
This is about rekindling our relationship with the land, opening your senses, slowing your pace, and remembering the abundance growing all around us at this time of year.
Along the way, we’ll also look at simple ways to prepare, preserve, and cook with the plants we meet - from wild teas and syrups to infusions, ferments, preserves, and everyday kitchen use, so the learning can continue long after the walk ends.
You’ll leave not just with knowledge, but with a deeper way of seeing nature - one that follows you home into your walks, your meals, and your seasons.
-
This immersive workshop invites you to explore the healing qualities of late-summer wild plants, berries and flowers, learning how to transform them into natural remedies to support wellbeing throughout the changing seasons.
You’ll learn how to:
🍃 Create your own wild tea blend – combining foraged plants and flowers into a nourishing, balancing infusion.
🫖 Create your own healing brew – as we explore the medicinal uses and traditional properties of each plant.
🌿 Learn how to make a seasonal tonic – using the abundance of the hedgerows to create a simple herbal preparation to nourish and restore.
🌼 Craft your own tincture – a concentrated herbal extract that captures and preserves the potency of the season.
This hands-on workshop will deepen your connection with the land, the season, and traditional herbal practices. You’ll leave with your own handcrafted wild remedies, a deeper knowledge of the plants around you, and plenty of inspiration to continue working with nature at home.
-
Join Sasha for a gentle shamanic circle exploring the themes of harvest, reflection and transition.
Through guided journeying, journalling and shared reflection, we’ll look at what we’ve grown over the year, what we’re ready to release, and what we want to nourish and take forward with us into the seasons ahead.
A space to pause, take stock and listen a little more closely to what feels important now.
-
As the long days of summer begin their gradual turn towards autumn, we’ll spend some time working slowly and creatively with our hands.
Using air-dry clay, we’ll each make a small candle sconce to take home - something simple and personal to hold a light through the darker months ahead.
This isn’t about making something perfect. It’s about the pleasure of working with your hands, slowing down, and creating an object with a little meaning behind it.
Once dry, your piece can become part of your home: a small reminder of Rooted, and a way to keep the light going through autumn and into winter.
-
Join Tee for a relaxed, hands-on workshop exploring Hapa Zome, the nature-based, creative practice of making botanical prints on cloth. Through the simple rhythm of placing, folding and gently tapping, plants release their colours and shapes, leaving behind delicate, one-of-a-kind imprints.
There is something wonderfully wild and elemental about the process. We’ll gather inspiration from nature, notice the colours, textures and forms and let the plants guide our creativity. No experience is needed, and no two pieces will ever be the same — each one captures a unique moment, shaped by the season and the treasures we discover.
This is an invitation to slow down, work with your hands and reconnect with the natural world.
-
Over the retreat, we’ll move through a gentle rhythm of yoga designed to wake the body, soften the edges, and support deep rest.
Morning practices will be playful, grounding and gently energising, helping you ease into the day with more space in the body and a little more connection to yourself.
At other points in the weekend, we’ll slow things right down with restorative movement, Yoga Nidra, and nature-rooted practices that invite the body to settle and rest.
All sessions are soft, invitational and adaptable, welcoming every body just as it is - no flexibility, strength, or previous experience needed.
Simply arrive as you are. That will always be enough.
-
A deeply restful Yin yoga practice inspired by the natural world, inviting you to slow down, soften, and spend a little longer simply being in your body.
We’ll settle into long, supported shapes with plenty of space and stillness, accompanied by optional hands-on assists and gentle massage to help you relax more deeply and release unnecessary tension.
The practice will be unhurried, grounding and completely invitational, with time to notice rather than achieve.
No flexibility or previous yoga experience needed - just somewhere comfortable to land for a while.
And if the summer weather is kind to us, we’ll take the practice outside onto the grass, surrounded by the sounds, air and movement of the landscape around us.
-
Always there whenever you feel like carving out a little time to make.
Throughout the weekend, our making table will be stocked with simple materials and gentle prompts for you to dip into whenever the mood takes you. Stay for ten minutes, lose yourself there for an hour, start something and come back to it later.
There’s no set session, no pressure and nothing you need to finish. Just a little corner for slowing down, playing with your hands and making something simply because you want to.
Rest into the Forest
For three nights, we’ll make our home in a beautiful old country house tucked into Charnwood Forest, surrounded by woodland, gardens and open countryside.
Step outside and you’re straight into nature - winding paths through the trees, open lawns, hidden corners, birdsong and ponies grazing nearby. There’s space to wander, take a book into the woods, lie out on the grass or simply find somewhere quiet and let the afternoon unfold.
Back at the house, cosy communal rooms and spaces for yoga, workshops and shared meals give us plenty of room to gather - and plenty of corners to retreat to when you need them.
Somewhere that can genuinely feel like our own home in the woods for a few days.
Expect cups of tea in abundance, barefoot on grass, blankets to chill, people drifting back in from the forest and conversations carrying on long after dinner.
A few days to rest into the landscape and live a little closer to nature.
We’re keeping the exact location tucked away for now, with full details shared with guests ahead of the retreat.

A yoga teacher, artist, forager, and hug enthusiast (20 seconds or it doesn’t count), she believes softness is a gentle rebellion in a world that tells us to toughen up. Inspired by the rhythms of the earth and the tangled magic of roots and rivers, Sylvia creates a sanctuary for playfulness, coziness, and raw authenticity. Through her practice, she reminds us that we are nature - wild, imperfect, and beautifully alive.
